the FUN Gallery returns...

Gang! I am super excited about this group show i am taking part in at Meltdown Comics in LA this Friday. I wish i could get over there for it, but i cannot. So you will all have to go!

It is a show celebrating this gallery called FUN, one of the first ever to show Graffiti art like Basquiat and Keith Haring. It was in the East Village, which is where i live now, so it has been super exciting to research the scene at that time.

Monsters of Webcomics exhibition.. SF

So August 8 - December 6 there is a sweet exhibition at the Cartoon Art Museum in San Francisco called "Monsters of Webcomics"

It will be showing artwork from 10 sweet webcomics artists and a whole bunch more online at the exhibit.

i am unsure how it will work, but my Doulbe Fine Action Comics are on the online portion of the show along with Tasha's. So you should go and check out all the awesome art there. Jesse Reklaw and Kate Beaton, and Nicholas Gurewitch will have actual art on display and they all rule. So go!
